All staffs are very helpful. Even before the stay, they were very active responding to every inquiries I had. On the arrival date, my flight arrived early, the staff were promptly to support my early check in. The rooms are very clean and comfort. The location has easy access to train station for travelers to carry their luggages in a walking distance. In additon the hotel is acessessible to shopping malls and restuarants.

Didn’t have the breakfast. Good location with lots of activity around. Very good trained staff and the property is new. Most of the time accommodated our requests like GRADE in the room, early checking time, leaving the baggage for two days so on and so forth

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for four nights, and I wished we could have stayed longer. The service was absolutely incredible—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The in-house bar was fantastic, with outstanding service there as well. The hotel’s ambiance is magical. Our room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. We did have one night when the guests upstairs were a bit noisy, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

This place was very nice, flash, clean and super friendly staff. We caught taxi to the city only cost us a total of 20,000 yen for taxis to get around town. I would 100% recommend this place to stay with friends and family.

    It was exceptionally beautiful. The accommodations were very comfortable and the room was big for Japan. It was within walking distance to many great areas in Yokohama such as China Town and The Red Brick Warehouse. I hope to stay again for our next trip.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was wonderful to have a balcony - this was my first time staying at a hotel with a balcony during my travels in Japan. The balcony provided a lovely outdoor space to relax and take in the views. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for accommodations with a private balcony in Japan.

    Location location location There was nothing not to like Only downside was we missed breakfast on both days of our stay because a large group was in and they were booked out for that. … so I would suggest booking breakfast when you book accommodation.

    Amazing property. Our cheapest but nicest accommodation while in Japan! Slightly bigger rooms and wish we were staying longer. Free Amenities at the front desk and they are helpful.
