    We were given an upgrade which was not expected. The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff are very good, always willing to help, and speak excellent English which is always helpful. We always stay at this hotel when visiting Astana so that speaks for itself.

    The owner of this place is a nice and polite woman! After being left by another owner without a place to stay, I found myself in a situation where I needed to find accommodation urgently.
