I had a great stay! The house is incredibly cozy, clean, and very modest – perfect for a relaxing visit. It’s conveniently located close to Cargills Food City, Keells Super, and many other facilities, making it super easy to get whatever you need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The first day in Sri Lanka we made 1 day stop in Colombo. . Darsham was a great host. Well communicating before and during our staying. He made it possible for us to check early and have a breakfast the day we came in. Arranged many things for us. The Sri Lanka's breakfast was rich and delicious. The apartment was cosy, ample, clean...just perfect. 30 min drive by tuktuk for ~Rs. 900 to the city center. Highly recommended!

The accommodation has a stunning design, you could easily spend hours in the lobby just analyzing the beautiful collection of design objects. The pool is just perfect, the staff is very helpful. Everything is super clean, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, the bed is super-comfy, the garden is an oasis. For us, two adults and a 5 years old, this was the perfect way to start our adventure in Sri Lanka. Thank you.

    The apartment was clean and very pleasant. We had all the facilities that we needed for our short stay in Sri Lanka. We really enjoyed the pool and thought that the tennis courts were a nice addition to the experience.

    I enjoyed the entire stay in the apartment. Superb location, Peaceful and relaxing. The host was very accomodating and helpful. We had complete privacy . We could get meals delivered and quick access to taxi services too. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

    This was my first accommodation getting to Sri Lanka and couldn't choose better. I got so much help and advices with everything needed. A lot of sleep and yoga in big terrace. Thank you so much! There is only 2 guestrooms so it's allways calm peaceful.
