Extremely clean and beautiful, spacious and bright room, very comfortable large bed. The view is exactly as pictured, just amazing! Lovely and clean little pool, wich is nice when the sea is too wild (beach is not directly in front of the hotel but some steps to the left or the right across a very small road). Very nice and helpful staff! Special service: Manager Dinesh drives you to/from the airport for free (half hour drive) and helps you organize whatever tour you like to do. Absolutely recommendable for the first or last one or two nights!

The dining area and the bar is right next to the sea. All other facilities were great including the outdoor swimming pool and large rooms. The food was fantastic too. Should also mention the friendly staff that made the stay extra memorable.

Very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Our flight was very early so we arrived many hours before check in, they welcomed us with a smile and worked very hard to get us a room ready. Nothing was too much and I would recommend.

Loved the peacefulness of the place. It’s really well maintained and clean. Located just in front of the beach You can see a beautiful sunset, have a nice Long Beach walks and have a good rest before or after flight. The workers and the manager were really nice We ordered the breakfast and it was extremely tasty.

We ended our trip on a high note in this beautiful villa. Sylvester and Sanju went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We truly enjoyed Sylvester’s delicious cooking, prepared with passion and love! The house is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. I received a very warm welcome. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

I stayed at the property with my two kids during our brief holiday in Srilanka. The place is cozy , clean, equipped with all necessary goods and all other facilities(banks , supermarkets , shops) in close proximity . Perfect for a home stay and kids friendly too . Very big room, with good functioning airconditioning. comfortable king-size bed, very friendly and nice oweners. They brought to the airport for very friendly price. They can make dinner for guests at request. I tried that and was very tasty:)

    The hotel is big, with a nice large garden. We stayed just for a night, the room and toilet were clean and comfortable and we were very well attended. They also organized our transfer to the airport (25 mins away).

    This is a lovely hotel, very modern with welcoming staff. It is much nicer than your average ‘close to the airport, the hotel. We could have happily stayed several nights. We were late for breakfast and the lovely staff accommodated this without a murmur and gave us fruit, omelette, coffee and toast - perfect. The room was a good size, very nice bathroom and comfy bed. The swimming pool is superb and appeared spotless.

    The room was very big and it had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The manager, Dinesh, picked me up very late from the airport (I arrived at around midnight) and he was super helpful the next day - organized for example an excellent private driver which then took me to sigirya and Kandy. He‘s super helpful and very nice and made the stay here exceptional.

    It was good for 1 night stay as we arrived early hours in the morning. The family room was huge with plenty of space for 4 (with one being on the sofa bed with the mattress on the floor). The hotel is a bit dated but clean & quiet. The staff were very friendly. We seem to be the only guests and the manager was kind enough to let us checkout late. He also arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We didn't use the pool or any other facilities.

    Very friendly helpful staff especially Bernard the manager very obliging and Marcus the pool attendant was great too. Food was great, we ate in most days as there weren't many other options closer. The hotel was close to the airport, 30min taxi journey. Thanks for a brief enjoyable stay!
