Everything from the hosts to the location of the property was great. Right in the middle of everything you need, with easy access to the beach, ATM, shops, restaurants, etc. The hosts were very nice and friendly, always there to help with anything if needed. It is on the bus route, putting you on a bus ride away from the malls and other public beaches. This accommodation is clean, safe, comfortable, and most convenient. We had serious issues with this accommodation which resulted in us leaving after one very uncomfortable night and cutting short our planned 5 night stay. This was disappointing but at least the hotel management responded promptly to our concerns and agreed immediately to cancel the remainder of our stay without penalty. Super clean, very nice pool area, Netflix and YouTube on a large TV with a comfortable sofa area. Pool had inflatables for us to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped. Each bedroom had an en-suite. Maids coming in every day or 2, same with the pool guy to clean it. With every simple problem, the host was prompt to reply and come physically to solve the problem. Area for your car as well.
