Thats an amazing appartment well located in a quite condominium zone. The host was quick and ready to help. The appartment has a great design and plenty of space. I would recommend to stay there if you are looking for a good balance between staying in a nice area without people and then go to the beach or city center on your own. You can rent a scooter or car. With this condominium you can also have a parking in front of the building which is very convenient. You have a security guy at the entrance of the area so it is pretty safe too.

    This was easily the nicest accommodation during our whole trip through Yucatán. Angela gave us such a warm welcome so that we felt instantly at home. She helped us with anything we needed, e.g. renting a scooter. The apartment is really spacious, well equipped and the private pool was of course absolute luxury. But also the rooftop pool was amazing. The flat is really well located with a supermarket and frutería right around the corner and also the ADO bus stop is in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

    I really enjoyed my stay here, the communication with the accommodation was great and they were helpful in many things. The beach is a little further away, so at least a bike is a must. It can be rented here as well. You can walk to town, but again, the bike is more convenient. The surrounding roads are not quite in the best condition, but I knew that and it didn't limit me any extra. I felt safe here. I recommend the accommodation.

    Lovely and comfortable place to stay! Walking distance from the center, and close by to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with AC, mosquito net, toiletries and streaming service. The garden with the pool is lovely, great place to handy out. There’s also a big rooftop with a grill. There was a jacuzzi but it was empty during our stay. The price/value ratio is incredible for the location and service you get, compared to what other accommodations are charging.

    Perfect if you want to stay far from the parties and beach clubs, it's calmer, simpler with good decoration and nice staff. Getting the ocean view room was definitely important for the entire experience. But if you want more of a fancy experience, music, service, or you can spend the day at the beach club on the side, that is part of the accommodations structure, or move to another location. It was low season, so perfect for what we want.
