The customer service was very responsive, and the refund for the deposit was processed within 24 hours. The view of Lost World Tambun was spectacular, and the washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The only inconvenience was that there was only one parking access card provided, despite there being two parking spots. I hope the owner can provide a second access card in the future.

This hostel is new which meant we ended up with a dorm room to ourselves which was great! We arrived early and were able to check in before 12 which was great. The place was clean and tidy and beds were a great size. It was close to all the major places we visited and the staff were very helpful!

    The room was comfortable and clean. We got a bigger room with one double and single bed, good for a couple with a child. The bathroom is fair and clean. In this room, there was a kettle and small fridge which was great. They said we would get a city view but it was just a window facing the stairs but it's not that important for us. If you're just staying overnight, it is good enough. Not if you are staying for several nights and going for holiday.

    Very well maintained and professionally run property. The room we were given was on the ground floor at the rear of the property. It was very peaceful at night and we slept well. After a few weeks of cold or tepid water and low pressure in many other accommodations we were delighted to find the best showers we have had anywhere in Malaysia at The Farmhouse. A short walk to restaurants and local shops in Greentown, a short taxi to Ipoh's new and old towns.

The room was impressively spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, one aspect that could be improved is the lighting in front of the mirror. It was noticeably dim, making it somewhat challenging to apply makeup comfortably within the room. Aside from this minor inconvenience, I had a wonderful stay and appreciated the overall quality of the accommodations."
