Comfortable stay in a lower budget place. If you consider that it's not going to be extravagant and just meets your basic needs then you will be fine. The single room is small but it has everything you need. It's kept clean and is ideal for a short stay. Staff is very friendly, helpful and dedicated. Very stylish and elegant historic building. Once an old industrial drinks factory and now such beautiful accommodation. Rooms, bathrooms, furniture and basic infrastructure exude style and taste - everything just about perfect. Friendly and understanding hosts ... Delayed ferry and traffic meant a potential late arrival - however, we were greeted and escorted to our room in a most warm manner. Fantastic breakfast served to the room ... High end coffee machine, stocked fridge and small dining table/area round off the breakfast experience. Incredible rooms at any price - however, actual cost is more than reasonable.

    Great location and very nice staff, with the exception of one angry lady at reception, who worked evening shifts. She was rude to us a couple of times. Totally unnecessary and very uncomfortable. We asked her if We could order something from the bar as there was none there. Then she got angry and wanted us to understand that many of the personnel was on a vacation and others was home because they was sick, and therefore they could not help us. This should have been taken up with the management and not the guests.

    The high quality of everything. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Near enough to public transport and the station. We only stayed 1 night after seeing 3 Andre Rieu concerts. It was a rest day before travelling home.

    It was just overnight stay but we like it a lot. Calm place, nice beds, a lot of space. We had everything we needed. My partner welcomed the beer in a fridge :)

    Well decorated, spacious and clean appartment for four. We stayed for only a night, but it seems to be rather complete. The bed upstairs was good. Entrance instructions were clear.
