Not accessible without a car and ski in / ski out only. Which was not useful when you were not skiing! The staff were impossible to get hold of. We couldn’t collect the keys as it was down a motorway miles away from the bus terminal (despite showing it should be in the town centre) so we couldn’t even stay. The ski lifts are just outside, and there is a ski rental shop at the hotel, too, where the staff were also really helpful and friendly.
