    A really great place. As soon as we walked in we felt like friends had left us the keys to their summer house. The host took care of everything and we missed absolutely nothing during our few days stay. On top of that, the surroundings are great - plenty of places and trails for fans of hiking in the Norwegian mountains.

    We stayed at this property for 1 night in mid-May. It is virtually in the middle of nowhere. Very scenic location by a frozen lake and beautiful snow covered landscapes to view. The view from the room, the main sitting area and the dining area were simply gorgeous. Very good food for dinner. And breakfast was ample with lots of local variety, and choice.

    It is nice to stay in a hotel with some personality! We were lucky to stay when snow remained on the surrounding slopes so views were exceptional. The hotel restaurant was very good.
