We were met by our hostess, and a calming sounds of the sea. Given the heat during our travel to get to Mangonui, the stay was healing and discreetly private (we were'nt isolated) We were within close proximity to our extended whanau too which was a plus. Cleanliness was excellent Thank you for your manaakitanga (hospitality and care).

What’s not to love!! The view is stunning, and we spent the evening on the balcony to watch the sunset. We‘re in the off season right now but it was super cheap considering how nice the apartment is and how everything you would need for a comfortable stay is included! We didn’t want to leave and we‘d love to be back.

The accommodation was stunning—an enormous, beautifully decorated, stylish apartment with everything spotlessly clean. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and were genuinely saddened that we couldn’t stay longer. If we visit New Zealand again, we will definitely return and stay here. Once again, we thank the hosts for everything they did for us. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed . The villa was so spacious, well equipped, airy, a fabulous view and so comfortable. We have rated good value for money because though quite pricey all the above made it worth the money. A great base for exploring Doubtless Bay.

A beautiful building with an interesting history. Nicely located right on the coastline, and a short, easy 5min walk to the restaurants. Our room had a palatial bathroom and access to a charming patio area. Very nice and knowledgeable owners.

    We stayed at the beach front units for one night with family members. They were comfortable and clean. Absolute beach front well maintained the beds were comfortable , the bathroom s modern and appears to be ecently renovated with good shower.All you need for beach holiday.

    It was just beautiful. The location right on a magnificent beach and the views from our balcony = amazing. The accommodation was very spacious and very well equipped. Rosemary (our host) was very kind and welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay.

    Perfect location at Coopers Beach. 150 metres from the beach. Private spot with an excellent cafe. Amazing coffee and food on premises (especially the Salmon Bagel). Hosts were very accomodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were given lots of recommendations re food options in the area. Best kebabs we have ever just a short walk from accomodation.
