Not just a B n B. It was more like a hotel and home away from home. Leanne and Steve are amazing and super friendly. The food was all nicely prepared in the fridge with lots of choice. Very comfortable bed. Was allowed to bring my dog which was amazing. She felt right at home too. Lovely area for walks and very connected to everything.

The room was spotless and the self catering kitchen had everything we required. The bathroom had a spa bath which was fantastic! We received a lovely welcome and there was an extremely helpful information folder in the room. The air conditioning worked well and was very welcome in the hot conditions. We would have loved to have stayed for more than the one night.

Lovely presented studio had everything that we required and very pleased to find somewhere that accommodated our small dog that we also enjoyed staying in, as this can often be a compromise. Pool looked very inviting but the weather meant we didn’t use during our stay. Slept well in the comfy bed and hosts were welcoming. Thank you - would def book again

Fantastic accommodation. Everything you need is there. Modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Clean and tidy. A bonus was the spa pool. Close to the city centre, walking distance to a large supermarket. The host Kelly was very keen that we were comfortable in her accommodation. We felt very welcome! Walking into this modern, comfortable, accomodating styled home was everything! From the easy electrical entrance access to the bathrooms, bedrooms and spacious lounge. It made our family feel like we were back in our home. We had space to accommodate family and friends that came to visit and have a dinner with us. We loved it all.     We stayed in a one bedroom unit and we enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, spa is a bonus and working perfectly well. The shower has great pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Overall, it's very clean and well maintained accommodation. We wished we had stayed longer. The Motel is closer to all the shops, restaurants, café and takeaway places. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Hastings.

    A very comfortable and well thought out accommodation. Loved the little extras from the hosts such as marshmallows for toasting over the fire. A beautiful setting, we loved our stay. Hosts were lovely and helpful, and we can’t wait to come back!

    The property exceeded expectations The staff were very helpful We stayed in a 2 bdrm unit so we didn’t have to use the shared bathroom and kitchen, but after having a look around we found the shared bathroom and kitchen were impeccably clean and well maintained also they had ample mirrors and a hairdryer to use in the bathroom. My kids didn’t need to leave top 10 Hastings there is so much to see and do there for kids. The laundry is accessible 24hours Safe homely environment Every holiday in Hawke’s Bay I will be staying at top 10

    Owners Dayle and Mike couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcomed and comfortable while my mum was in the hospital across the road. They organised other accommodation when they didn’t have space one night and helped me move my luggage. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

    Lovely holiday park, first time staying at a top 10 and it exceeded our expectations. The motel was clean and a decent size, we were able to check in early to make sure we made it to our concert bus. The staff were great and the facilities around the park looked good.
