Donna met us on arrival and explained our room and what’s on. The room was self contained and ample. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were lots of fresh goods in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. An outstanding experience. Recommended to all. Thank you.

The property provided all we needed for our stay in terms of amenities and facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for touring in the Rotorua area. There was ample parking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome. The pool is great and the dinosaurs kept my kids amused for the whole time when they weren't in the pool.
