Quiet, amazing views, spacious accommodation. Staff attentive and friendly but also left us to be private.

The heater only blew cold air. The television freeciew had no would or volume the app movies were only able to be heard standing next to the television. The shower was great but I was cold all night and did not sleep well. Was sad I had looked forward to staying here for years. When I called reception multiple times and no body answered the phone.

Clean, modern, warm thoughtful spaces. The villa 100 was my favorite stay. It felt private and receptionist and staff are happy to accommodate requests. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Ngaa mihi nui x

Beautiful dinner -hugely improved. shame the waitress was chewing gum. We stayed in a studio instead of a chalet this time and it was very nice, had a bath and very comfortable bed and was handy to the restaurant.

We found the breakfast adequate, the scrambled egg was tasteless. Kamal gave my husband a tray of pastries for his birthday during the breakfast, which was a very kind gesture and very thoughtful. Kamal gave exceptional customer service trying to fix the TV, very apologetic for it not not working. Hence the move to a chalet, which was just perfect. Would definitely stay again and book a chalet, with the friendliness and customer service from Kamal mainly and other staff.

The remote location, size of the accomodation and beds and couch were fantastic. Very quiet and serene stay with huge potential for relaxation. The dayspa was excellent and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a great variaty of delicious food. We ate through most of the menu and loved every dish! The cocktails and other beverages are reasonably priced. The freshest fish and juciest pork belly south of Auckland.
