All was splendid It starts with the place location, slightly further than most other camps, you will stay on top of a dune with a breath taking view on the forever sand desert. Then the tent is luxurious, it is large, the beds are huge and the sheet are better than your home ones. The bed is so confortable, we might have the best night. Finally the dinner food was tasteful. The nights end with a fire under the stars ✨.

Awesome place, tends, food, and experience, made possible by the people working there. Ibrahim, the manager, wasn’t just kind, but he supported us with the rest of our trip in Oman. Said, the driver, impressive as well. The guys supporting with the accomodation and the food super kind. We couldn’t recommend more the place and this team. The place is beautiful during the night. Location of the desert was excellent! Rashid is a fantastic host. He cares to meet us at a designated place to take us in to his camp! Both dinner and breakfast was excellent. He even offered to drive us to an excellent spot to watch sunset upon our arrival and fetch us back immediately after the sun has setted as promised!. We would definitely highly recommend friends and family to stay in his camp. We rate the location of his desert 10/10 with beautiful sand dunes around! excellent and enjoyable stay in Rashid camp with great hospitality by Rashid!

    Everything was incredible! From the beautiful accommodation to the food, to the conversation and laughs with Rashid and Mohammed, and most of all the location. Absolutely stunning. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The beds were so comfy and the activities were fantastic. Jafa (I think was his name) provided beautiful food and was so friendly and helpful in every way. We can't fault this place and can't wait to visit again!

    This was one of our best family stays. The entire camp is very family-friendly. It was Christmas, and guys from the hotel prepared breakfast for us in front of our tent to have a real family Christmas morning. This was great! During our 2-day stay, the staff did their best to provide us with anything we asked for camel ride, night in the desert, lunch outside the restaurant and breakfast in front of the tent. This was an example of how accommodation should be run.

    The domes have everything you need and more at a standard which is unbelievable for the desert. The hospitality of the staff is generally great in Oman, but here even exceptional. I absolutely recommend to stay more than one night to slow down. If you need action go with the team dune bashing. I also recommended a desert (safari) trip and have some coffee and dates way-out in desert with really no one close by. Overall, this team does not offer you just an accommodation, it creates unforgettable memories.

    This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Oman. I highly recommend staying with Rashid. His hospitality was fantastic, great sense of humour, very genuine and kind. Food was excellent and plentiful. Rashid is very happy to work with you to arrange activities as well. We really enjoyed the dune bashing sunset tour. Book with confidence!

    Beautiful and very clean accommodation in the middle of the desert. Even though we waited a while for Ibrahim, the stay was very pleasant with a large bed in the tent, and we had a separate bathroom too. In the evening he prepared tea for us and we also grilled corn on an open fire and in the morning, we had a tasty breakfast. Very nice experience! Highly recommend.

    Rachids Dessert Camp exists of 5 Tents which are very spacious and not to close together. The drive to the camp is about 20 minutes which is already worth booking the accommodation in first place. We loved our driver Ali who also took us dune bashing - do not miss this! The food was amazing and when Rachid brought us back the next day he even made time to go to the camels we spotted. For us the stay in this camp was one of the many highlights of our trip to Oman.
