The location is excellent, almost in front of the basilica, and just a minute from the lovely market. The house keeper has very limited English but he did his absolute best to accommodate my needs. The house is beautiful and really surprising to have such a place in the middle of Taal. The location is perfect to visit the Basilica, but also other small museums around (by foot or tricycle) The host is super friendly and flexible with arrival time, and gave us good recommendations for Taal visit.
