We initially booked for a few days as the Serena was fully booked but ended up continuing our stay here. The service from check in to checkout was seamless and staff really do go above and beyond. During our stay we were looked after by Afzaal and Asif who were wonderful. The team on reception were on hand to assist with questions and advice on key landmarks. Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and attentive, with a special shoutout to Sybil, Mahnoor and from Concierge Naeem and Usman.
