It is a calm place in the middle of the gardens. I enjoyed my night's sleep there. Wifi is good, so I could do some work. Besides, I am a photographer, and I really appreciated how helpful was owner's son Faizullah (speaking perfect English) in finding me photo spots, people, and local traditional dress. I did amazing photos thanks to him.

The rooms are extremely well appointed for a historic building. The view is beautiful, and everything works. This is more than a hotel, it is an experience in a way of life that no longer exists. Good local Balti food options available as well at the restaurant which I appreciated. Wifi, hot water etc all perfect.

Warm welcome with choice of rooms. Deluxe had a better feel, design, was cosy with luxury carpet. High vaulted ceiling with lots of convenient charge points, great lighting and a large, clean upmarket bathroom with lots of toiletries. View over the lawn and towards the mountain. Preferred the location as was more remote and close to the river. Breakfast better than most with fresh melon and apricot juice available. Worth the additional cots for the experience.

    Faizula was very kind and welcoming. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable double beds. The rooftop has a great view, and you can just about see Heidi Cones. You can also arrange your meals with the accommodation for a very reasonable price. Location is in a nice and quiet area, but it is about a 40-minute walk from the bus station.

    It was such a pleasure time we spend there, we were really satisfied overall through their services, they even go beyond their limits to fill full our needs, staff was so cooperative and it's was hard to leave such a organic place and view amazing exceptional and finest stay ever😍

    A great place to stay in Khaplu. Clean and comfty rooms. Basic but tasty breakfast. Fast Wifi, even during loadshedding. Conveniently located and well worth the fair price. Host Asif is really taking care of his guests.

    The palace is beautiful. Extremely serene and peaceful. Surrounded by the most breathtaking mountains, it's an ideal place to disconnect, relax and unwind. The restoration has been done flawlessly, maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the site. The experience of staying in a fort, surrounded with so much history, is truly unique and incomparable. Our room was spotless, equipped with a comfortable bed and really good WiFi.
