The staff was wonderful! They gave us a beautiful tour of the property when we arrived, showing us the concept behind the hotel - the blending of art and history (Artsy). They were extremely accommodating for every request. The daily breakfast that was included exceeded my expectations in every way. My friend is gluten intolerant which I had specified when we made the reservation, and the server who took care of us at breakfast appeared with fresh-baked gluten-free bread, which was totally unexpected. The location was superb - right on the bike path, right on the water, and around the corner from the shopping and restaurants. It was all impressive, but the staff members were what set this property apart for me. When they discovered that I was departing early in the morning, they prepared me a box lunch so that I could have breakfast on the ride to the airport. Such a thoughtful touch. 10/10!

I’m officially in love here, I’ll come much more often. Owner Carlos is a tremendously kind gentleman and excellent operator. Every detail has been thought out perfectly, they seem to have established this place not to make money, but to reflect their own business vision.     Had such a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The people who run it are very accommodating and kind and we felt so welcomed after only one night here! The beds were very comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were very clean and modern. The staff also organised a very reasonably priced surf lesson for us which was great fun.     I made a last-minute booking not really thinking much about it, but Villa Orange really exceeded my expectations. The minute you walk in through the door it feels like an oasis - absolutely stunning! I also have to give a shout-out to the host who was so pleasant and helpful in every way possible. I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle which you tend to get at bigger accommodations/hotels in Cascais.
