The manager, Guy, is very helpful and friendly. My room/bungalow was very comfortable and quite large. It also had some really unusual and fun features: an in-room sauna (took a while to heat up though), wireless charging stations at the bedside for cell phones, colorful "stars" built into the ceiling and controlled by remote control. The comfort of this accommodation is undeniable. We have rented some during our holidays but this one was the TOP. The direct access to the beach is more than a little plus. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Really if you want to spend a few days in Saint-Pierre and enjoy the Lagoon, there is no better place to stay for the price.
