    Perfect place for a nice short break. Everything was excellent: SPA, restaurants, room. We stayed in Villa Panorama 2 with amazing view with sunrise. Definitely will come back here again and recommend to visit.

    Staff was uninterested off our problems. A lot off snow, that wasn’t cleaned unfortunately. In the room was very cold, we inform the staff about it , and they didn’t do anything. We have stayed in standard room, it’s not for 4 stars. Great location with mountains and fresh air!

    The only thing that's still stellar about this place is the location. We've visited it during a snowy weekend, which made it a perfect stay, view-wise. The rooms also have relatively good sound insulation both from the outside as well as in-between rooms, which made our stay nice and quiet.

    I recently had the pleasure to stay at Balvanyos Resort Hotel, and I must say, was a good stay. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was delight to see that everything is brand new and very well equipped. Speaking of the restaurant, the culinary experience at Balvanyos is for the books. The menu boasts a delightful array of dishes, each expertly crafted with fresh, local ingredients.

    It is simply amazing. Best accommodation in Romania I stayed so far. The surrounding complement the location. Beside the Spa facilities there are a lot of activities that can be done and places to visit.

    Our stay at Balvanyos had some enjoyable moments. The breakfast was a delightful spread with plenty of choices, and we fully savored it. The room, while good, could benefit from cleaner carpets. Additionally, the dinner experience was pleasant, even though both dishes were different from our expectations.

    Everytime it was very pleasent to stay at Balvanyos. The rooms are very nice, also the view from it. The breakfast is excellent, various and delicious. You must eat at the Gastrolab restaurant!!

    I like the way the place is organised. We stayed at the vila where all families with children are located. Meaning that every family with a child (up to 12 y o of age) are hosted there.
