This is the best value for the money: the fully renovated building, very elegantly designed, is located in the heart of the city, in a beautiful residential area, and within walking distance to amenities.     I got exactly what I wanted out of this--very basic accommodation at a good price and in an excellent location. Extremely convenient, clean and comfortable enough. I've stayed in similar accommodations with a shared bathroom, so the private bathroom was a plus for me.

    Everything went very well. I was delighted with the complex, which is in a very quiet area. I appreciated all the attention to detail, much better than at most hotels I've been to. The self check-in option is great, and the terrace is very cozy. I felt like I was on vacation even though I came for work. It was one of the few times I preferred to stay at the accommodation rather than go out in the city. Access to the private parking is also easy if you provide all the necessary details before your stay.

    I always rate the stay based on the quality price ratio. For 10 dollars accommodations I expect 10 dollars services. For 100 dollars accommodations I expect 100 dollars services. The property is okay for a budget accommodation. It offers basic services for the traveller.

    Friendly staff and helped our issue of changing accommodations last minute. We were given a shot of drink upon booking and felt safe in this hotel. Very nice lobby to stay in and play or have a drink. The room although small, has everything you need for a short stay.
