It's 300 years old, so it was built during the Hapsburg era. It is well appointed. It feels like it could have been the house of a noble woman. 😜 they have a nice restaurant with tasty food from a good chef, great wine. You can't go wrong. Up the hill behind it are hills of grapevines, looking north to Trieste. Just around the corner is Punta Grossa natural park.

Very clean apartment, everything smells nice and fresh. Apartment is equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Quiet and peaceful location with shops near by. Very reasonable price for a stay with a view & super friendly staff. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Beautiful uninterrupted sunset views from the winery atop the hill, a short walk away. Really appreciated the complimentary welcome wine too :)

    The owner of appartment was very welcomming and nice. The location of apartment os very amazing- near by sea. It was very lovely place to rest. There was everthing what was needed for one night stay and enjoy Slovania seaside. Very lovely place.

    Very comfortable and well furbished apartment on the ground floor of a house with two friendly cats and ducks, and a lovely big garden. Surrounded by an olive grove, fig trees and others. Very quiet area on the hill between Koper and Muggia. Many thanks to Lea and Marko for taking the time to show us around the garden and teach about the various plants. It was a perfect relaxing stay on hot summer days.

    The wonderful hosts, Tomaš and his mom made sure that I would remember my stay in their apartment for a long time and with a smile. A nice view of the port of Koper from the property makes moments of rest even more beautiful. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy your business activities or a perfect rest.

    everything about this accomodation is perfect! the appartment is spacious, well equipped and super clean. it’s outside ankaran, in quiet area, but in the walking distance to the center and the beach. the hosts are caring, but respecting your privacy. don’t forget to ask about their home made olive oil once your’re there! our dog was welcomed too, what we truly appreciated. our stay at Hišica na morju was overall superb. thank you!

    We loved this stay. It was everything I expected and even more beautiful. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The building and surroundings have old world charm and it is peaceful. I would love to return for a relaxing disconnect vacation. Breakfast was very generous and the food is delicious. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It looked like the perfect place for a wedding or anniversary event. We wished we could stay longer!
