The surroundings were also nice and calm even though the house is near the main road. There are quite a lot of beautiful places to visit near the stay. They know the area well and shared hiking routes. In the area there is a lot to see; old castles, beautifull nature for hikes, mountains, the military museum, Postojna's cave, Predjama Castle, Skocjan cave, and the beach is also within a short drive.
