We stayed for two nights because it’s quite close to Trieste, which we visited. It’s a family owned house and the host was very friendly and gratuitous. She welcomed us with a smile on her face and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The house itself is very esthetically pleasing with a lot of attention to details. The location may not look anything special, but you’ll be able to get to Trieste or the Miramare castle as well as other interesting destinations in Slovenia easily. However, we were really surprised by big beautiful surroundings, horses and very nice breakfast. The room was amazing (we had one with own jacuzzi). This place also offers dinners which include homemade local dishes that are beyond restaurant (cash only) level combined with excellent local wines. Big recommondation for that!
