A Truly Special and Unforgettable Stay Our stay at this guesthouse was nothing short of exceptional. The place is beautifully new and uniquely decorated with love, care, and impeccable taste. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There’s truly something for everyone — from the little touches like sweets, milk, coffee, tea, and even a bottle of liquor — everything was prepared with such generosity and attention to detail. What made our experience truly unforgettable was the host. It’s clear that she puts her heart into everything she does. Her passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction. She was always available for questions and even continued to offer recommendations after our stay. If we return to this area, we’ll 100% be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Really nice and welcoming owner, perfect communication through chat and during arrival. Speaks perfectly English. Cozy, safe, little camping, gates locked during night time, owners stays nearby in the main house. Nice playground for kids with a lot of toys. Brand new Adria camping-house with fully equiped kitchen and dishwasher, everything fresh, new and very clean. Silence around, surrounded by the hills, very safe and cozy. Good terrace outside with the possibility to park near the house. Territory very clean and good looking. Close to the highway.

    It was the only accommodation that we could find near Sempeter! (We had hoped to visit the Necropolis but it was closed.) It is owned by the municipality and the ground floor is used as a youth centre so we were happy to support it. It was built in the 1970s and might be considered dated but we thought the decor was quite quirky and interesting. Not a bland chain hotel. Reminded us of Cuba. Terrific view north from the fire escape. We were able to put our bikes in the foyer overnight.

    I absolutely loved the place. Old house, renovated and decorated. Comfy beds, nice surroundings. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Very nice host, available and responded immediately with our requests. I am defintely comming back to enjoy more. That is more than any other words :)

    Great location in the centre of Zalec, shops and supermarket really close by. Bus station a few 100 meters from the door. Had the basics I needed for the stay. Wifi was great which enabled me to work in the room if required.
