We stayed in 3 spots during our 10 day stay in Thailand, and this first stop was our favourite! Sawasdee Village is so charming and romantic! The grounds are decorated with so many great areas to chill and the long pool with the gold temple is breathtaking at night! The whole place lights up at night! It was like a Thai Dream!! We loved our room which was like a palace with a gorgeous garden you walk through to get to your door, and the facilities were fantastic. I had read reviews saying they are a bit dated, but we definitely didn’t see anything needing repair or even worn. The bed was sooooo comfy! We missed it the rest of our trip! The swinging bed by the pool was a lovely touch. We laid on it during a thunderstorm and lashing rain. It was so cozy!! The staff were extremely nice and the location is perfect - shops, cafes and massages right across the street! Only a 10 min walk to gorgeous Kata Beach!

Great location, great staff and definitely a great value for money! It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to 7-11 but still a quiet location and not so loud. The room was gorgeous and so big, the owners were so nice to upgrade us too. Both so so helpful. Definitely an Italian vibe through and through

The place is simple and impeclable clean. The staff are very helpfull and always with an smile. I got sick on my last day and they were extremely nice and helpful, even took me to the hospital in their own car. I strongly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. The room was clean, big and had a little balcony. The bathroom was also a decent size and the shower was not too close to the toilet (like we've seen so far). We loved the fact that you can borrow for the day beach mats, beach towels, hats and umbrellas. The owners are nice, they gave us useful information about police checkpoints. There is a common kitchen/dining area where you can prepare your breakfast in the morning.

What can I say? This is the Boathouse, probably the best hotel on Kata Beach and our favourite place to stay in Phuket. The freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beach, great facilities, helpful staff, pool set up, sunset views and beach location all add to the charm and pleasure of staying here. And let's not forget the fabulous food and beverages with great dining area. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with large comfortable beds and a decent TV selection for rainy days.

    We’ve been travelling Asia for a while and this is one of the nicest accommodations we’ve had! It’s exceptionally clean: bedding, towels, surfaces, etc. And very spacious. The amenities are great, big mirror, air con, fridge, hair dryer, excellent shower and bathroom, (plus the pool is lovely and quiet, a nice place to chill in the day). Would entirely recommend to anyone travelling, or just holidaying with your family, even if you aren’t on a budget, this place is UNREAL for the price!

    We had a very warm welcome by the outstandingly friendly receptionist that was available on side and over whatsapp at any day or night time. The room was well equipped, and like a quiet peaceful oasis stepping of the buzzing main road. It was very clean and Coffe, tea & water got refilled every morning plus beach towels where supplied. The pool was very large for the size of the accomodation. We loved our stay .

    The best hosts in Kata! Had an absolute lovely staying, Sam and his wife are warm, friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Room was tidy and neat and had a fridge. Water, watermelon and toast are provided 24/7. Perfectly located shorts walks from 3 beautiful but crowded beaches. I would definitely book this accommodation again if I return to kata. Thank you!

    The host, Andrej, was very kind and attentive. The accommodation is in a great location, completely in the center, but absolutely quiet! It's incredible that as soon as you walk in the door, the noise stays outside! Everything is very close: beach, vendors, shops. If I came here again, I would gladly stay here again.

    We stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon, it was amazing. The staff were so polite and helpful, the accommodation was beautiful. We did a Thai cooking class also offered which was also fun. We will be returning and would definitely recommend it
