What can I say… it is exceptional. It is like staying at your billionaire friends house and all the staff is available for you 24/7. The design of the hotel is an experience in itself! It is not a crowded hotel and if you expect a lively vibe and people hanging in a hotel bar this is not the place. At least not when we were there. We didn’t leave the hotel once we got there and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We had breakfast lunch and dinner there throughout our stay and it was all really nice. Very private. We stayed in a room where the aircon was quite noisy and we mentioned it and they immediately arranged a different room so we got to try 2 different rooms. Gym was good Pool was nice - small but nice. View from the rooms is stunning. Rooms are fascinatingly beautifully built. The beach is not a sandy beach. There are rocks so it’s not the best place swim in the sea. See this place as you visiting a friends house (Willy Wonka’s summer residence) and not a hotel. We were treated like royals. So thank you Muki for having us in your hotel - you did a beautiful job building and designing it.

This was a fabulous place to stay. I got upgraded for my 2 & 3rd nights. I had an awesome view from my livingroom. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Stainless steel pots not aluminum! The artwork decorating the apartment was Excellent! It felt like a home and I wanted to stay longer. I will return here the next time Im in Samui. The staff were warm and gracious. The owner came and met me and was inviting.

Beautiful property and a warm, authentic 5-star service that’s hard to find on the island. We spent two weeks here and are very happy with the choice. Excellent restaurant and pool area and such a tranquil, quiet setting overall. No sounds of club music thumping late in the night, like you find at some other high-end places that are a bit to close to the action. It's super peaceful at Zazen. I enjoyed using the yoga room and gym, and it was great to have the option of walking on the beach to/from Fisherman’s Village. Top notch staff as well, service-focused, warm and friendly. Will look forward to staying at Zazen again!

    My family and I enjoyed stay here. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. We ate all the time in the restaurant. it was very pleasant to sit and watch the water. Pool was clean and refreshing. My father thinks that he got the best massage there on the beach. Thank you all staff for making our holidays memorable.

During a trip, I was injured, they accompanied me to the clinic and provided me with all the aid I needed, including a wheelchair so that I could continue to enjoy my vacation.     We have stayed here a few times now just to have a family break. The staff are laid back and it’s a nice peaceful place for families to relax. Here you can bring your own drinks and the staff don’t complain. We recommend this place to friends that come on holiday to Koh Samui.

    This hotel hit the spot without any reservations. Done exactly what it said on the tin. The cafe hut directly opposite was used regularly during our stay for food and drinks. No hesitation in recommending the waterfront as an ideal holiday accommodation. The beach huts are on the beach
