Beautiful room with amazing balcony and view overlooking the countryside. We didn't really use the balcony however due to the swarms of bugs and mosquitoes. A short walk to the Lotus shopping centre but you would need transport to get to the centre of Chiang Khong. We only stayed one night before catching the slow boat to Luang Prabang. They even offer us toasted bread and coffe without breakfast included. they can arrange all trip to luangprabang with a reasonable price.I strongly suggest this place if you are not travelling 5stars hotel. I booked one night here in order to cross the border in the morning, however i was unsure how i would get to the border. To my suprise, the owner not only dropped me off at the border in the morning, after offering a free breakfast, but also picked me up from the nearby town after i got off my bus. Owners were kind, and cooked me a delicious pad thai at their restaurant for a good price. Room was comfortable and clean, had a tv and a private bathroom.
