The owner waz amazing and very helpful, she helped arrange the bike rental and was very hospitable. The location is remote and very quiet and the surrounding view of the montains and jungle is amazing. The beds are huge and comfortable. Furthermore, I've had an awesome time with the hostel's guests. This hostel is a hidden gem in Koh Yao Yai.

Great location, the rooms were right beside the water and the rooms were very clean and spacious. You can rent scooters at the hotel and there is a restaurant. Staff was amazing, very friendly. Overall great hotel!

Beautiful Bungalow, with view to the Mountain. Perfect to relax. Perfect location to travel around the Island. Very clean, and if you wish they will clean every day. We appreciated it very much that we had also small towels for the face. At the others resorts we only had one towel. The host family is very, very nice and helpful. Many thanks

Pool villa was private with a spectacular sea view towards Krabi. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing. The Villa host came to the room to check out. No need to go to reception to check out. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced given its location on the beach. We will definitely be returning soon. We live on an adjacent island.

We loved our stay here! A quick scooter away from the beach (or a longer walk) near good restaurants and peaceful area. We were able to rent scooters right on the property which was very convenient.

    We only stayed for 1 night and it was great. Wished we booked 1 more night at this hotel because it deserved it and so did the Ko Yao Yai island. It is really beautiful and is just perfect to be explored by scooter. The hotel's restaurant, which is located right on the beach, is a really good one, we ate there 2 times. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Overall speaking, I don't think that we could have chosen a better accommodation in our budget in Ko Yao Yai.

    We had such a wonderful stay at the Resting Place. The staff went above and beyond, and Yon, the owner made us feel so welcome and looked-after. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great too.

    This resort was paradise! We stayed in a villa facing the beach with a private pool, it was so beautiful. Very quiet, great for a relaxing holiday. The room was lovely, really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed great food, and a massage. The NYE event the resort held was so fun, lovely to see how involved the resort is with the broader community on the island.

    Accommodation was really nice, very spacious and clean with direct access to a gigant pool. There are renovations going on right now but we never felt or heard any annoying construction work. The breakfast buffett is very diverse. The staff is just excellent! They were outstanding friendly, forthcoming and helpful - they made our stay special. Be aware: if you are looking for a luxury option, you better go to the resort on the other end of that beach. But if you want something for small/medium budget, this is a good place to stay.

    The bungalows are absolutely beautiful. We were shocked at home nice it was when we got the keys! This was our favourite accommodation of our trip. The bed was so comfy we missed breakfast twice because we was having thay good of a sleep! Breakfast is really good though so definitely wake up for it!! The location is good, we rented bikes through the hosts for a good price and the host is very helpful and super nice! If we came back to Koh Yao Yai we would 100% stay here again.

    the family who runs the property is so incredibly kind and helpful. the younger girl showed us around the farm, told us about the food and the animals and let us pet the goats which was really nice. the tent is big and comfortable enough! Also all the food they served was so so so tasty. This has been one of my favourite accommodations in my 3 months of travel! 10/10 would recommend staying here!
