This property exceeded our expectations, it is nicer than the photos! The property is clean, spacious and has great facilities. The owner is very responsive and helped us organising a driver for a couple of journeys.

The fresh bread at breakfast was delicious and the restaurant's dinner service is incredible. Probably the best in Dili. The staff was very accommodating and spontaneously arranged tours for us. We felt very safe at this hotel.

I was really glad I chose Dive Timor Guest House. The location was perfect, just across from Dili beachfront and a short taxi ride or 30 .minute walk from the city centre. There's a big supermarket for supplies and a couple of restaurants nearby but I spent every evening in Castaways Bar right above the Guest House. It has excellent food and great cocktails and lovely sunset views from the balcony. Maryanne, the British owner, was very welcoming and always ready with helpful advice. The room was clean and comfy and the pool was a bonus. Highly recommended.

The staff were so lovely, they went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and get what was needed. Food in the restaurants was good too, large portions and reasonably priced.

Beautiful room! We got upgraded, which was a really pleasent surprise. Nice pool ♡. Lovely staff. The restaurant average, but not bad. Would've easily stayed longer.

Cooked Breakfast was a great way to start the day. The hotel also had a pool and gym that was well maintained and inviting. Management and staff were always eager to help with any requests and the service we received was exceptional, always happy and took the time to say hello.

The staff were all super helpful and very friendly, the apartment was larger than expected, with a lovely balcony. Pool facilities were great and hidden away at the back of the complex. Breakfast was a good selection and the whole family enjoyed it. Wifi was great, best so far out of where we have stayed here. Also tv great reception with Aussie channels too.. best tv we’re come across too. Thanks Jose!
