The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and greeted you with a big smile. Big shout out to all the staff from those on reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaners… they were all great and went out of their way to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The location of the property was excellent. A short walk to the Main Street but far enough away to not hear any noise. Onsite the hotel has two fabulous pools so that you can cool off and relax with an ice cold drink Hotel can also organise a free shuttle return twice a day to the Blue Lagoon including free sun beds for the day… you just pay for your food and drink at the beach club they take you to… great value for a relaxing day out.

Fantastic Stay for 11 nights in a Penthouse Room Exceptionally comfortable, superb shower, secluded terrace excellent, pools and areas are very clean, breakfasts good though not enough options for vegans. Staff were very good, helpful and friendly… Tahir at the front desk assistance with good information. Meals were tasty and reasonable prices in comparison to the the town. Location is perfect

The location, staff and breakfast was amazing. Ölüdeniz beach is literally 2 mins by walk and blue lagoon is about 5-6 mins. Breakfast was super traditional and had diversity. The staff were super friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes a chill vacation with partnee or family

    What a find! This hotel was perfect in every way for us. It was in a perfect location, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself was smallish but in no way inadequate, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily, there were no fights for sunbeds, the pool was spotless. Just an overall fantastic holiday. 😍

    This is our second stay at Blue Star and it's been perfect both times! We love everything about it, but the staff absolutely made our stay - they are super friendly, helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble and it's easily the warmest welcome we've had staying anywhere. The hotel is really well located not far from the main beach. It's got a great bar and restaurant, lovely pool and sunbathing area - you wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to, everything is there for a relaxing holiday!
