    Exceptional place for a secluded getaway in the forest around natural areas and serenity. Stayed cor 2 nights with my family and extended another 2 nights. Facilities were great. Staff gave us a quiet cabin that exceeded our expectations. Experience of a lifetime for family and children. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The area is in the Middle of a forest with breathtaking views. Close to the telefrik. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

    Location to the ski lift was excellent. Exit from hotel’s ski shop and you are meters away from the slope. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Staff Shown flexibility when need arises. Restaurant’s catering was excellent. Especially dinner. Very well fed during entire stay.

    Staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, always trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of nice food, with a big variety for all tastes and always drinks available. The spa was also 5 star and we would fully recommend the hammam experience. Ski hire, ski pass and lessons were convenient to book when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel were very communicative with us before and during our stay and arranged a taxi to get there from the ferry port in Bursa.

    The food was incredible! I've never stayed in a hotel with better food. The cleanliness was exceptional too, which my wife pays a lot of attention to and it got full points from her! The staff is very educated and helpful, they go above and beyond to make you happy. Hotel is also very well-designed and chic, and is completely focused on providing you the best winter holiday experience. I most definitely recommend this place for couples, families and anyone who wants to have a comfortable, problem-free ski vacation with great amenities.
