Our room was very large and full of natural light. We had the famous bento box, and it was delicious. But the best part of our stay was the staff! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming giving us suggestions on the trails to walk. We were there as a typhoon was about to hit and the buses were cancelled the day we were leaving. There is breakfast provided every morning which is cooked by the owner, and it's very homey. The rooms were kept very clean, and facilities were great. We got to speak with the owner on multiple occasions, and she's really very cute! It is in the town of Shizhuo on your way to Alishan Forest Recreational Park. It is surrounded by other tea farms but not near to any shops, you will have to prepare your own meals and utensils. We love it here because it is close to all the beautiful and mystical trails, which I bet you have never seen anywhere else. The stay itself is simple but pleasant.
