They helped arrange a driver when needed and gave us good food recommendations. The owner even gave us a second room free to accommodate us all as he didn't think we'd fit in the room we reserved. The location was great as we could walk to dinner on the main road, the Family Mart and the other direction to the Wood Sculpture Museums and craft shops. But still, owners take effort to keep it clean and provide you with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly lady boss who would tell you where to go for the Tung Flower trail (not a lot of flowers), Family mart and Shengxing station. Boss also helped us carry luggage up 2nd level. Willie her husband came over to chat with us in the evening. He was able to converse with us in English and this was great. We really appreciate their kind gestures.
