We booked this for the convenient location but was totally not expecting it to be a full on theme hotel for music lovers. From the moment we checked in till checking out, the front desk was super warm and friendly. The entire hotel felt like a music museum and the room felt like a set from Bohemian Rhapsody. the main highlight has to be the record player in the room where we can rent all the classics to play in the enjoyment of our rooms.

We spent 3 nights and very pleasant stay in DAGNY BOSTON. Very warm , friendly and profesional welcome by the front office person on duty ( Ramy, thank you very much again ) who gave us a good room. Excellent room with view that was very appreciated as we stayed 3 nights with our daughter. Very good location in Boston, and we appreciated the text message system with the hotel staff to resolve any problem and ask for assistance if needed : we asked by message for more coffee in the room and it was atended in 4 minutes. Thank you again for this stay and your great staff.

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

    The hotel was great! Location was perfect near the Hub and short walk to anywhere in the city. The lobby and balcony are were to notch, with great sitting areas, beautiful views of the city, private conference rooms, bar, and balcony was beautiful. Most traveling we’ve done, the room was just a room, but we really enjoyed the hotel accommodations more than any hotel we’d visited previously.

    During our stay, we encountered a significant issue when we discovered a roach on our pillow. Upon reporting this to the manager, it was assumed that we would not wish to relocate rooms because we were already “settled.” Subsequently, we were offered another room without any additional accommodations. The roach was found crawling on the pillow my son was using. I have also taken a photo to substantiate this complaint.

    Upscale accommodations. Newly remodeled. Kitchen was well stocked with k-cup coffee supplies. Snacks and light breakfast was also available. Didn't realize it was right around the corner from a large Mall which was great. Had dinner at the cheesecake factory. Gentleman in the office was very helpful regarding transportation options back to the airport. Very pleasant stay.

    Really well located. Walking distance to a lot of awesome places in Boston, the train station, as well as shopping and restaurants. The property is super well kept (like every CQ hotel) and Diane WAS AWESOME!!!! We appreciate how she acknowledged our requests for accommodations for our son, who is autistic, and how she was there (literally all the time) greeting everyone cheerfully and kindly! We will definitely stay there next Spring for my niece's graduation! Thank you!
