Excellent stay with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Before arrival we received an email from Shannon that made our trip more interesting with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would recommend The 1890 Freeman House to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Shannon for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

    Property was very clean and a short distance from the beach and it was pet friendly! There were plenty of accommodations like tvs with good sound system living room was neat and spacious with extra blankets and pillows, as was the kitchen filled with many cooking utensils, plates, silverware, stove/oven and microwave, restroom was neat and clean with plenty of towels which made it easy to feel at home. Also the instructions were very lenient and made it easy/hassle free to turn in keys
