The staff at the Westin were the absolute best! Always eager to help and went above and beyond what was asked! I can’t wait to go back! The food was excellent. We left a wedding reception to go back and eat the braised short ribs at the hotel! Delicious! Wonderful views of the ocean while in the room and while dining!

Breakfast is great! Good selection and the area is very clean, the staff is very helpful. Location is also great, there are some shops in walking distance for convenience. The hotel is very clean, the pool area is also very nice, I highly recommend to visit this hotel.

Great location. What a view! We also loved the island Bar staff (Holly especially) were great, as were waiters and waitresses. Levi and the other maitre de were also great. Food excellent (if expensive) Amazing pool Very-very clean

    Easy check in and out. Host very accessible and checked in throughout stay to see if there were any needs. The grounds are beautiful. We had not been to jekyll in more than 20 years probably and we were very surprised at the beautiful views and accommodations. Rooms were quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Would return for future and recommend.

    Nice location! The accommodations and hospitality were outstanding. The room was so spacious!!!! The breakfast bar had a vast variety of delicious foods to choose from. The only possible issue could have been housekeeping only comes every 2 days. So, if you have a shorty stay, you most likely won’t receive any. I’m anal and tend to take 2 extra towels and a 13 gal trash bag—because KIDS (even with our adult children). So naturally, we didn’t see a problem with the housekeeping. 10/10 would stay again

    The location was nice. Having the ability to access the beach at multiple locations was a plus and I felt it assisted with allowing areas not to become overly crowded. The front desk provided a flyer with helpful information to assist with the hotel accommodations and hours of operations.

    I am very disappointed. I paid 350$ for one night and everything sucked. Hotel said it has a restaurant…….doesn’t have one, said they have a bar….closed at 3 in the afternoon…. no ice no vending machines… Pool dirty, no towels outside by pool. balcony with light broken. but our shuttle driver was amazing his name was Zultan from Poland, he was sooooo nice. but very upset for paying 351, I could of stayed at super 8 with better accommodations!!!!!
