    The waffles were top notch! All the staff were great! Welcoming and kind! The room was just right! Our stay was due to our power outage at home. It was a stressful situation but the staff and accommodations made is more enjoyable!

    Even after I booked a room they wouldn't let me have it because I didn't have a credit card but I did have my debit card so I had to find another accommodations.

    Breakfast was okay. I had very high expectations based on my stay at a similar facility in Auburn but the Salem facility appeared worn out and tired. Accommodations were adequate but uninspiring. I would probably stay somewhere else if I had to spend a night again in Salem. The evening check in person was good and efficient. The morning person was very uninspiring. His dress was so casual that it appeared that he really did not want to be there.

    Hot breakfast from 6 - 10, lemon water in the lobby, free food like apples, drinks - tea, coffee, hot chocolate throughout the day, friendly staff who were accomodating when we wanted to stay an extra night, located very close to my parents* which was important for our holiday visit :) Near Lancaster (main rd leading to all the shopping and food places). Kiddo enjoyed the swimming pool, husband hung out in the hot tub and I was in the fitness center - all these extras are open till 12am!!!!!!!
