Rooms are very spacious and clean. We used the sofa bed and didn't have any bedding or pillows in the room so we had to ask the staff, but that's ok. Breakfast was delicious and it's always appreciated when traveling.

Staff were all outstanding. Very friendly and helpful.bistro was excellent. We ate every meal there! Pool was very clean with lots of toys and surrounded with lovely gardens. Gym facilities were very good.

The room was huge(we had a Resort Room with 2 Queen Beds), and we were offered an upgrade for free but declined it as we were more than happy with what wwe were getting. It was at the back of buildings near the pool , and although the music at the pool was exceptionally loud we didn't hear a thing in the room. It was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I've stayed in. The beds were large and very clean and comfortable .The Prado restaurant had good meals at reasonable prices . Staff were reasonably quick at serving both in the bar and restaurant and very helpful.

    This is one of my favorite places to stay. I have to go to Mayo for tests frequently and like to be in a clean place that offers ability to eat or have free breakfast. From past experiences, I know if something is not right with my accommodations, staff will take care of everything.
