Staff is very nice but the level of English is low. Nonetheless, we managed with translation apps for more complex questions. They can organise taxis for visiting the area.Rooms are very modern and big. We had four meals in the restaurant and the food was one of the best we had in Uzbekistan. Spa is also good. We were welcomed by the sweet, neighbouring woman who was easily available if ever we needed help/taxis/water (she runs a little kiosk not far if you need any basics).
