All services exceeded my expectations despite busy business during the holiday. There are many restaurant options and the service was fast. There are 12 pools so it was not hard to find a less busy pool. Kids club is huge with lots of fun activities. There's even a science museum within. We feel like 3 days were not enough to do everything. My 3yo had such a great time. There's a food court for lunch with less $$. The room is so spacious and there are 2 toilets. I've never stayed any resort with 2 bathrooms. We loved everything abt Alma and definitely would come back. One of the best resorts.

Fabolous resort! Loved the beach, the breakfast, and rhe beach Club! The resort is quite big, but not too big to get around. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in. Pro tip if possible. Go for a villa with your own pool. Its large and you dont want to use the other pools in the hotel! Promise! Go also for Luxury package with breakfast in the Colonial. Fewer people and less stress and you have a more vip breakfast area. Saigon bar! Loved it! Live music 2 days a week! Eat and drink on the hotel? Not so bad prices to be a 5 star on this level! Pools-in peak times get up early. Could be full. Use the beach! Its pristine! There is enough sun beds in the grounds, but if you want to stay right by the pool you might consider be there there at 8/9 o clock. Staff-great! Couldnt be better! All staff want to help all the time!

We loved the fact the hotel was so new. There was so much space to see & do things. The hotel provided a free shuttle service everyday into town, being first timers travelling in Vietnam we made the right choice of this resort and being just out of town. Made us feel very relaxing but were also at arms length to go into town. Also good tip to know, we walked down the front of the hotel to get the shuttle to Vinwonders. Very handy & convenient. The staff were very helpful, even it at times it was difficult language barrier, we were always able to translate what we needed. Yes the hotel is very new and some things weren’t open to its full capacity, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were looking at the resort itself and what we needed in general to have a great time. We stayed for 5 nights, and look forward to coming back again. We had the full board included in our package and highly recommend this, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner all included. If you felt like something different you can always order off the al a carte menu. Great value for money.

If you looking for somewhere quiet to relax, then Ana Mandara is your happy place. Right on the beach, plenty of pool loungers available both by the beach and pool. Water quality in the pool is very good. Everything everywhere spotless. We have a deluxe beach view room B402 and it was nice and big with a separate lounge which was very comfortable. The fruit bowl was a bonus as was the plate knife and fork to eat it with. Bed and pillows very comfortable and large shower. We tried all the restaurants and faultless, especially the choice at breakfast and the added cheese room an unexpected and much used surprise. Staff very friendly, and exceptional service. (a big high five to Cindy for friendliness). I give this hotel 10/10, could not fault

    The breakfast was good. My parents stayed in a one bedroom villa, which I would recommend over the hotel room. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed the Blue Lobster restaurant so much!

    The Anam Cam Ranh met our expectation as our stay was great. The hotel setting was very nice and so were all facilities. Breakfast was superb and the best we had in Vietnam. The also had a free bus service to Nha Trang in the morning. We will definitely stay here again. The cost to get into Nha Trang with a Crab car was around $20 Australian dollars each way but it's worth it as we wouldn't stay in Nha Trang.

    This resort was amazing. The facilities are what made our stay so good and the food was incredible. We couldn't fault it! The kids loved the pools and slides. The bikes to get around the hotel were so fun and made accessing different areas of the resort so easy.

Always a pleasure to stay, beautiful gardens, comfortable colonial style room, great choices of the different restaurants… Thanks for the welcoming of the GM and of course all the staffs always helpful, especially Mint from the reception desk.     The staff were amazing and helped me out of a sticky situation on arrival. Cannot fault the staff at all The resort is stunningly beautiful, it has been well maintained, and rooms are spacious and clean Location is on the beach, there is nothing around so you stay on the grounds of the resort. There is a daily shuttle into Nha trang. Breakfast is amazing. Dinner was nice, however the buffet is only open on weekends or holidays.

    We would highly recommend this hotel The quality of the accommodation is amazing It was a very comfortable and luxurious stay All of the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure our stay was special. Ha Viet Manh was very helpful It was a very relaxing part of our travels round Vietnam. Our children took part in the cookery classes which they enjoyed very much. The executive chef did an amazing job. It was our children's favorite place to stay so farin Vietnam. Looking forward to visiting again.
