    Neels and Anné-Lize are wonderful hosts. The views from the venue are amazing, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the food was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed the farm drive in the morning. This was a real refreshing farm stay.

    The ambiance at Skeiding was amazing. The owners are hands on from the kitchen to the farm tour (which should not be missed). The rest of the staff were great - efficient and friendly. The food was excellent. Accommodation is comfortable. Night was cold, so in room fireplace was a welcome feature. Overall, a great experience not to be missed. A definite return for next year.

    The Cabin was beautifully decorated & Cosy for a couple, The was also a nice room fragrance smelling good, Cabin was nicely warm, everything is as advertised shower inside & outside of the Cabin which gives you all the expirience of a beautiful stay a nice Cozy fire place I loved everything about the place waking up to an out most beautiful view Gorgeous indeed!!! ❤️❤️❤️💖💖💕💕Def a place for lovers... The peaceful nature yes Def a place to be and amazing persona from Cecilia I wish I could have met her in person.

    Heidelberg is a fantastic little town in the Western Cape, not a lot of accommodation options though, glad to have found the Buckhouse, excellent facilities, clean and good location, you will have to go far to find better accommodation.

    Derek is awesome! Friendly, helpful, available for a late check in, honest, offered breakfast, he even went down with the price because it was just my little daughter and myself staying ... i will definately recommend his place to friends :-)

    The accommodation was set in beautiful gardens. It was peaceful and quiet. We only stayed one night but would stay there again. We also loved having breakfast on the veranda listening to the birds in all the trees. It was also very clean. Just loved it.
