I can only confirm this property's pros as in my previous review. In addition to this, I shall say that the management is excellent. Upon arrival, my luggage was inadvertently taken by another group heading out of the country. Well, the hotel manager did everything and more to retrieve it. It eventually drove halfway across the country to bring it back to me by the end of the day. I never saw such a commitment elsewhere!

The food at the restaurant was simply amazing. We decided to visit the spa and were pleasantly surprised to find a children's area in the pool, which made us very happy. The staff was WONDERFUL and ATTENTIVE, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another great advantage is the free parking, which is a big plus in Tirana.

If you enjoy walking, you can reach many places on foot, but to see the major sights, you’ll likely need a car. At night, it’s quiet and the garden is very pleasant and enjoyable. You must see the two magnificent ancient olive trees.
