It's taken care by the owner who adds touches of care and love in every corner or the hotel. There's the rosemary bushes in front of each room that give off a slight spa aroma. The view from the room's balcony is insane. In the morning there is handmade fresh croissants and rhubarb muffins. The rhubarb is picked from his extensive gardens. The breakfast also has fruit, juice, yogurt and excellent coffee and handmade cupcakes. I also asked for a fire on a dreary and gray day where the wood was wet. The owner worked hard for 30minutes so I could have a lovely fire. All in all a very clean and homey stay. Would return in a heartbeat.

Convenient on-site restaurant with amazing food. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

Two room types are available; the “Authentic” rooms, restored in a monastic spirit, are former Augustinian cells with shared bathrooms. The “Contemporary” rooms are modernly furnished while respecting the heritage character of the place. These rooms have a private bathroom. Peaceful, brand new Reno, a short block to old Quebec, wonderful breakfast variety - gluten free cooked meal when I asked. Very interesting history and museum they shared. Meditations.
