The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

The rooms are very clean, the beds sleep really good. The breakfast is extensive, and everything tastes good. But most, we arrived I a snowstorm and they went above and beyond to help us, with us being unprepared for this.
