It is my go-to place when I am here. The hotel is ideally situated close to Bahnhofstrasse and Paradaplatz square, and it is also within walking distance of both the lake and the train station. The staff is terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. They all made me feel like I have a home away from home.

It is good to stay with dog (20 franc per night) because the riverside is close by.

Private parking is available on site. Its clean and looks new. Good location near the lake and few tram stops from city centre. Very convenient.

For an additional charge, guests can enjoy the public thermal bath and spa, comprising different swimming pools, a wellness area and a steam bath. breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. I really felt like at home.
