They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

Unfortunately, due to flight delays, I only stayed for a couple of hours, barely enough time to rest, but for such a short time, the experience was very pleasant, even with the people I shared a room with. They also have tons of daily activities and are always happy to help you with anything you need; they even helped me by storing my luggage when I was returning to Bogota from Nuquí. By the way, rooms are comfortable enough to rest. For me, it was more than good.
