What truly made our experience special was the staff. Nuha from guest relations gave us a warm welcome and support throughout our stay, while Chef Ali went the extra mile to personally take care of our son’s allergy needs. Every morning, he prepared delicious gluten-free breakfast meals, which gave us peace of mind and made our family feel truly cared for. The beach safety guards, and the entire hotel team also contributed to a safe and pleasant atmosphere. We left with special moments and great memories, and we are already planning our next vacation here. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, care, and unforgettable hospitality.
