The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Castle Bay Beach. I visit Largs regularly to see my elderly parent. This was by far the best place I have stayed in Largs for the price!

We stayed in one of the newer rooms which were tastefully appointed with gorgeous views of the garden and the stream. The common areas have clearly been thoughtfully curated to provide a niche vibe for a variety of sizes of groups. Though I have no reason to go back to the area anytime soon, I would reroute just to stay there again.
